5 Years at Unit A

Stage Lighting Services has been growing consistently over the last few years.

The company started life in the front room of our Directors house and we now occupy a 44,000 sqft facility along with Stage Sound Services in Pentwyn.

This larger facility is the seventh warehouse we have occupied in Cardiff and we have been growing with every move we have made. This is the largest move yet.

Having both companies warehouse and office facilities in the same building allows a more streamlined provision of services and equipment to customers.

Who knows what the future holds for both companies as we are reaching capacity of the current facility.

12th Jem Glaciator added to Hire Stock

Due to popular demand, Stage Lighting Services have added a 12th JEM Glaciator X-Stream to our ever growing Hire Stock.

The JEM™ Glaciator X-Stream creates a total ground fog effect from a self-contained unit (no C02 or dry ice required). It requires only a power source and the simple but effective JEM™ heavy fog fluids available in three densities for differing low-fog effects.

The Glaciator X-Stream houses a remarkably powerful compressor, allowing colossal fog output levels. And because of its advanced, electronically controlled expansion valve, it has a rapid freeze down time and a fast recovery when fired. This means the Glaciator X-Stream has a continuous effect output, almost infinitely, with a cool ease. Its chassis design; with two high velocity fans and smart-flow ventilation, also keeps the Glaciator X-Stream ticking in environments of high ambient temperatures; up to 40° C (104° F). Featuring a power save system when passive, the Glaciator X-Stream is conscientiously efficient with energy and sound, and its cooling fans have a low noise operation when idle, benefiting theatrical and studio applications.

The Jem Glaciator X-Stream consists of a combined smoke machine and refrigeration unit. When the special Jem fog fluid used, an impressive low fog effect is created
